Our retreat starts on Saturday evening at dinner and ends on Sunday morning after breakfast.


The daily schedule for 7 days:

07.30 - 08.30   hatha & vinyasa flow
08.30 - 09.00   pranayama & meditation
09.30 - 10.30   breakfast
13.30 - 14.30   lunch
17.00 - 18.00   yin yoga
18.30 - 19.30   dinner
20.00 - 20.45   sharing & reflection
20.45 - 21.30   yoga nidra

In the morning we teach a hatha & vinyasa flow with dynamic movements to get the day started with a high energy.

The afternoon yin yoga class is more calming and soothing to get deeper into the postures and relax at the same time.

All levels are welcome as we give options for beginners and more advanced students. The program will be run in English.

During the free time we offer optional activities and writing exercises, so you can dive in as deep as you like.

We learned that the key to reconnect is feeling. We offer daily yoga classes, meditation and activities to open up the areas of trust, creativity, willpower, love, communication, intuition, peace and harmony. We hold space to feel whatever comes up on this journey. 


We allow a maximum of 10 people per retreat to keep the group intimate and create a safe space. There will be space for sharing on a daily basis.

You can ask for a private coaching session at any given point in the retreat.


For optimal benefits of the retreat we highly recommend to:
1. abstain from all intoxicants;
2. abstain from or limit screen time;
3. abstain from all sexual activity; and
4. stay in silence at night time (after yoga nidra).



Nina Tutein Nolthenius

After discovering the limitations of a life controlled by the mind, Nina decided to change. 


Yoga helped her to come back to her body. Yin yoga taught her how to slow down, feel and let go. Yoga nidra brought her full relaxation and healing. Nina completed her certified 200h traditional tantric hatha teacher training at The Practice in Bali to study and teach ancient practices to master energy and accelerate both spiritual and worldly growth.


It is her soul mission to help others to reconnect, transform, follow their dreams and live their purpose. She combines yoga with coaching techniques (Neuro Linguistic Programming, The Power of Light) to guide on different levels.

Nina teaches yin classes in the afternoon and yoga nidra in the evening.

Mona Vogel

Inspired by the magic of India Mona started her Yoga practice a decade ago. She is a 550+ hours certified teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yoga Therapy. The combination of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and elements from Yoga Therapy are used in her classes to balance mind, body and soul.


Spirituality plays a big role in her life. After completing her first vipassana meditation retreat in 2016, her journey of self-healing started. She participates in plant medicine ceremonies regularly since the last couple of years. Working with and trained by master healers all around the globe, she loves to share this knowledge and holding space.


To round off all aspects of mind, body and soul, Mona completed an integrative coaching training to support people on their own transformational journey.


Mona will start the morning program with a hatha & vinyasa flow, pranayama and meditation. 


Les Bergerons consists of five houses surrounded by 30 hectares of hilly terrain with meadows, fruit trees and chestnut forests.

From the houses and swimming pool you have a magnificent view over the Rhône valley. The houses have recently been completely renovated inside and restored outside to maintain the history.


The accommodation is located up in the hills and can be reached by car only. You can fly to Lyon airport and take a train to Valence or you can take the TGV directly to Valence. From Gare de Valence TGV it is a 45 minute ride to the accommodation. Please inform us how you would like to travel. We are happy to help planning arrival and departure and coordinate a shuttle service.
